Q3: Can I take a sample first to check the product quality?
A: Yes, we can produce customized samples based on your provided drawings. These samples are provided free of charge.
Q4: How do you ensure the quality of the products?
A: To quarantee product quality, we offer third-party inspections at designated Chinese quality inspecion instituions. Additionally, wecan provide sample rods for testing before mass production. Our production process includes rigorous quality control measures, withdedicated personnel and advanced laboratory equipment such as spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, and hardness testersUpon request, we can also supply material inspection reports.
Q5: In case of quality problem, how do you deal with them?
A: We will provide a list. The customer should provide pictures based on our list requirements. Within 5 working days of receiving all the pictures, we will give a response.
