As forged wheel, the biggest advantage is lighter,stronger than casted wheel under same max load. also can make any design you want, even
4pcs only, but as casted wheel, can not produce 4pcs for you special. we have produced forged wheel for more kinds of vehicles: car, SUV, pickup,
truck, karting, motorcycle, off-road 4x4; even for train and another special vehicle......
we have monoblock, 2pcs and 3pcs for you choose.
Our main production processing for forged wheel: Forging---Spinning---heat treatment---CNC(machine and mill spoke)---powder coat.
The raw material for forgedwheel is T6-6061 aluminum alloy, for some special wheel , also use 6110 aluminum alloy.
Now, we have the most size for you choose, frm 16" to 24", even 26" for off road.
