A1:Ex-work factory , FOB Nanjing/Shanghai, CIF.
Q2:How can we quote you effectively and accurately?
A2:We need to know the data of the wheel size/style/spraying process/requirements that you want to buy in order to make an accurate quotation for you. Regarding freight quotation, we need to know your exact delivery address so that we can quote you the transportation cost.
Q3:Do you have customization service?
A3:Yes, we can manufacture the products according to the samples or drawings.
Q4. What is your sample policy?
A4: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. So before placing sample order, please ask us for confirmation in advance.
Q5.How long is our Production leading time?
A5:Before producing the rim, we will draw a 3D drawing according to your requirements and data. In the meantime, we can make changes according to your requirements. We will start production after getting your confirmation. The normal production cycle of one-piece wheels is 15-20 days, and the production cycle of 2/3-piece wheels is 25-30 days.
Q6.What is the Payment term?
A6:T/T or L/C at sight. 30% Deposit for start the production ,the balance before the shipment when goods are ready.
Q7. How long is the guarantee (period)?
A7:Two years quality warranty .Each forged wheel produced is made of T6061 aviation aluminum alloy with more than 10,000 tons of forging, processed by high-precision CNC machines, and the color coating is fully automated dust-free spraying line. Wheels go through a series of inspections and tests before they leave the factory, all products comply with JWL/VIA standards, and all our production processes are visualized, you can see the progress of every step of production.
Q8.What is the packing details?
A8: Generally, we pack our wheels in neutral white cartons and brown cartons, also accept to design customers' logo on carton.
Q9.What kind of documents we will provide to you?
A9:B/L,Commercial Invoice, Packing List,Certificate of Original. with these documents you or your agent can do the customs declaration at your side.
