Our team at HADISON Forged with over 16 years of combined forged wheel experience allows us to have full control over the quality of our process. Each order goes through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing to ensure the most optimal combination of lightweight, durability, and strength.
STRENGTH
Load ratings can range from as low as 1500 pounds for racing and sport car applications up to 3,500 pounds for light truck, SUV, off road application and higher for commercial vehicles. These load ratings are verified by a series of cornering fatigue, radial fatigue and impact tests. HADISON Forged Wheels have the additional benefit, when requested, of a polished mirror finish. This can be achieved because of the high integrity of the metallic structure produced by the forging process. Every forged wheel is produced from the very highest quality 6061 T6 alloy.
HADISON WHEEL BLANK
The forging process uses high pressure and temperature to change the non-directional grain structure of the cast aluminum starting material to the high integrity multi-directional grain structure of forgings. The aluminum remains solid throughout the process as the forging dies come together and change the shape of the round cast bar to the cylindrical shape of a wheel. The forged wheel blank is then placed in a custom built spin-forging machine to spin out and forge the rim section. The resulting radial grain direction places the highest material strength in the same direction as the operating loads. The result is "premium strength".

The key step in manufacturing a forged wheel is lathe turning. The raw forging is lathe-turned from the front and rear, creating a profile that maximizes concavity. In this step over 70% of the original material is removed, utilizing the most weight reduction.

MILLING
Once the profile is completed, the forgings are then turned over to the mill process. The mill process is where the design comes to life. As mill cycles run through a series of pre-selected tool sets and milling paths that can take up to 8 hours per wheel to achieve the utmost precision. After the milling process is completed, each section of raw milled aluminum needs to go through many stages of Hand Filing, Deburring, Buffing and Ceramic Bead High-Luster Polishing before it is ready for its ultimate finish. This is a vital stage for our craftsmen to prep each wheel before its coating. After each wheel is filed and sculpted the wheels go through a detailed check list with zero compromises.

Each center after turning is remeasured and goes through a quality control check list to ensure each part meets our standards and tolerances before the milling process begins. When you order 2 or 3-piece forged wheels, the assembly stage is one of the most critical stages in the manufacturing stage. First step is to check the run-out of every wheel to guarantee the wheels are balanced to eliminate vibrations and wobbling. We chose to use Digital Torque Wrenches vs generic torque wrenches. One of the advantages is that it can more precisely control the amount of torque that's applied to a bolt without losing any torque capacity. After each wheel is completed, we will conduct a dynamic balance test and true roundness test. If it does not pass the tests, we will directly scrap the wheel and make a new one.

Every single wheel we build is custom tailored to you and your vehicle, including your preference of ride height, stance, aggressiveness on offset, etc. I work with you one on one to custom tailor a wheel that you will love and be proud to run on your car. Think of every wheel we build as a tailored suit, but for your car.
All of our wheels are made from 6061-T6 forged aluminum, no matter if you go the monoblock, two-piece, or beadlock route. Rest assured that the wheels you will be putting on your vehicle are made from aircraft grade aluminum, and will withstand pretty much anything you can throw at them (except a grenade, do not throw a grenade at them, although they will probably withstand that too).

A: Each wheel is packed in a thick foam box + carton box, and multiple wheels are secured in a pallet for bulk orders. This packaging ensures protection against impacts and moisture during long-distance shipping.

A: Yes, we offer a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., cracks, structural issues). Normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidents are not covered.
