Q7:Can we get a sample?
A7: yes, indeed. The sample cost and the shipping freight should be paid by clients. We will refund the sample cost after you placed an order.

A8: It depends on your order quantities. Normally, It will take about 30-45 days.

A9: Basically, we provide 12 months quality guarantee for our products against the delivery date.

Q10:What would you do for quality problem?
A10: If there are products in quality feedback, please prepare the photos and videos to us for prove, we will show them to our QC department, if confirmed the quality problem, we will resend you new goods for free in next order.
