In terms of process design, to enhance the strength and durability of the components, we have employed a hot-melt composite rubber pouring technique, injecting rubber material into the interior of the metal workpieces to create a cohesive structure. This process not only improves the impact resistance and fatigue resistance of the components but also effectively extends their service life.

For the surface treatment, we have opted for a blue zinc plating process to protect the metal surface from environmental corrosion. The blue zinc coating not only offers excellent corrosion resistance but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the product, providing an effective protective barrier for the metal surface.

Dual-layer Protective Metal Surface Treatment

We employ a dual-layer protective metal surface treatment process to ensure the durability and aesthetics of our products under various environmental conditions. For the inner layer, we use electrophoretic deposition, which effectively prevents damage to the metal surface in the event of coating wear. The adhesion of the electrophoretic coating is extremely strong, ensuring that the metal substrate remains well-protected even during prolonged use, thus effectively extending the product's lifespan.

For the outer coating, we offer two powder coating options based on the characteristics of different product series: 98% bright black and bright deep gray. The bright black finish is primarily applied to the S1 series products, showcasing a blend of classic and modern styles, while the bright deep gray finish is used for the S2 series products, exuding a sense of stability and elegance. This targeted treatment not only enhances the visual appeal of the products but also better meets the needs of different consumer groups, ensuring that each series stands out in the market. Through this dual-layer protection process, we are committed to providing customers with high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing metal products.

The Toyota Avalon-specific adjustable camber tops feature an advanced in-situ installation design that greatly simplify the installation process, ensuring a perfect fit with the vehicle. This front upper strut mount is equipped with composite rubber bearings, which deliver excellent cushioning effects and effectively absorb vibrations from the road, enhancing driving comfort. Warranty Policy
SCCAIR promises a free overall warranty for 1 year. However, the free warranty shall not apply in the following circumstances:
1.Artificial damages to SCCAIR shock absorber or damages caused by an external force;
2.SCCAIR shock absorbers circulated in the second-hand market.
SCCAIR will find the cause of the malfunction after receiving the part sent back for repair. If the malfunction was caused by improper installation or use, we will assess the repair cost and contact the customer before repairing or replacing parts.
