WE PRIORITIZE AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
For customization-related issues (e.g., incorrect logos, material mismatches), notifications must be submitted by the Buyer within 30 days from the date of goods receipt. For damages caused by packaging defects during transit, reports should be filed within 7 days upon delivery, accompanied by photos of the outer packaging and damaged items.
All such notifications must include detailed order information and evidence confirming the issue, as mutually agreed by both parties.
