Rotate the electromagnetic valve between the intake port and the intake pipe a few times to loosen it
First, pull out the upper air outlet pipe of the carbon canister solenoid valve.
Then unplug the solenoid valve from the intake pipe
Remove the plug wiring of the solenoid valve
Apply some engine oil to the two ends of the new solenoid valve and reinstall it.

Check for solenoid valve malfunction
Because the carbon canister solenoid valve is designed with damping or pulsation damping, the new solenoid valve may have some ventilation when not blowing air, but there is slightly greater resistance (damping phenomenon).
When the solenoid valve is energized and opened, it will open with just one blow, and this carbon canister solenoid valve is definitely good.
The first step of air blowing inspection is to check if there is slight ventilation, which may seem normal, but it is not the final result because it needs to be determined through power on inspection.
Use a wire to lead out the positive and negative power sources of the battery, and touch the two metal connectors of the solenoid valve with the two ends of the wire plug that is connected to the power source. If there is no movement, it means the solenoid valve is broken. If "BaDaBaDa" sounds or there is a slight vibration to the touch, the solenoid valve is good.
