Product Description
DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) is a core environmental protection device installed in the exhaust system of diesel engines. Its main function is to capture and filter particulate matter (PM) generated after diesel combustion, including soot, soluble organic components (SOF), and a small amount of ash, thereby significantly reducing the emission of particulate matter in diesel vehicle exhaust.

The exhaust airflow passes through the honeycomb structure with tiny pores on the internal wall of the DPF, while larger particles (mainly soot) cannot pass through and are trapped in the channel. When particulate matter accumulates to a certain extent, the system will initiate a regeneration process by increasing the temperature inside the DPF (usually above 550-600 ° C), burning the captured soot into carbon dioxide and discharging it, thereby restoring the filtration capacity.
