Our factory was founded in 1992 which covers 13000 square meters and has around 120 staffs. The area of our workshop is about 6000 square meters containing casting room, machining room and heat treatment room. The techniques of our factory are mature which include: Round Corner Rolling Strengthening, Nitrogen Treatment, Plasma Nitride, Ductile Iron Casting, Austempered Ductile Iron Casting, General Structural Steel Casting and Alloy Casting. Resin Sand-coated Iron Mold and Investment Casting are two main methods of casting in our factory. We have more than 20 years experience of engineering and production. Our products cover crankshafts for automobile engines, marine engines, construction machinery engines, and had earned good reputation in China and some countries. Now our products have been exported to many countries including Brazil, Egypt, Philippines, UAE, Singapore......We are looking for cooperation with more new partners all over the world.

Q1. What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, Plywood Case+Pallet 1 piece/box and customer request .

Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. Usually we need full payment before shipping out.

Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7-30days after receiving your deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity
of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by the samples customer confirmed.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
