1)Annual production capacity is 20 Million, in which All-steel tire 4 Million, Semi- steel tire16 million .
2)With employees about 2000 people , including technical engineers 268 people, some of them are from Double Coin .
3) All-steel products include 6 series: Light truck tire, Tube truck tire; Tubeless long distance tire; Mining tire; Mi litary tire; Foreign trade tire.
Semi-steel products mainly include 8 series: Ultra-High Performance car radial tire; High-Performance car tire; Snow tire; Sport Truck; SUV-LT HT/AT/MT and Light truck tire.
Incorporates the development, production, and sales of a range of radial tire under the "DURATURN", "DYNACARGO" and " NEOLIN" brands.
Raw Material
Natural rubber from Thailand and steel Bekaert imported form Belgium to ensure the long useage mileage with 80000-100000KM.
Production Machine
With the company development vision of "Domestic advances product, Global recognized brand", Yanchang Rubber imported a series of equipment from global famous manufactures, including Japan's KOBELCO, Germany's Troester, US Battelle Memorial Insititute, Italy's Comerio ErcoleS.P.Aand Holland's VMI. Normally MOQ is 40HQ container. And but we can also accept small order to support customer to test product. So MOQ is
not a problem.
2.What is your payment term?
Usually we accept T/T payment, L/C is also acceptable.
3.How about your delivery time?
Normally around 25 days after receive deposit.
4.Do you have capacity to develop new designed tires and molds? How long times?
Yes,we have, it takes about 20-26 days for tooling and cost paid by clients.
