Designed with annual capacity of 20 million radial tyres, including 4 million commercial vehicle tyres and 16 million passenger car tyres, Yanchang rubber has completed the first stage project with production capacity of 2 million commercial vehicle tyres and 8 million passenger car tyres.

Product process:
The vast majority of the equipment in our factory is imported.The following are our four types of workshops and the corresponding imported equipment.
First Workshop: Mixing working
The process of mixing and processing the raw materials used for tire production, such as raw rubber, additives, oil, carbon black, and inorganic fillers, into the rubber sheets and tread patterns for tires.
Second Workshop: Tire Semi-Products Workshop (SEMI-PRODUCT WORKSHOP)
Film extrusion, wire ring manufacturing, cord cutting, tread pressing and cutting, calendering, etc... ....
Third Workshop: Forming (BUILDING WORKSHOP)
The production process of combining all the semi-finished products required for manufacturing tires into a tire blank through a molding machine.
Fourth Workshop: Vulcanization (CURING WORKSHOP)
By applying high pressure and high temperature, the raw tire embryo is vulcanized into tires with patterns that are suitable for use.
After the tires go through the intensive mixing, calendering, molding and vulcanization in the above four workshops, our factory will have a tire inspection process to ensure that the goods you receive are of high quality.
