1. What is the MOQ?
We can only accept 20 GP container orders of at least.
2. What is your payment term?
Usually, the payment term is 30% T/T as a deposit.
3. What is your delivery time?
The delivery time will be 15-25 days after receiving the deposit.
4. What is your packaging?
Usually no package for container orders. If you want, please confirm with us. For sample tires, silvery and golden packages can be provided as shown above.
5. What certificates do you have?
DOT, ECE, ISO, EU LABELLING, and GCC certificates are available now. If you need other certificates, please confirm with us.
6. How can I get the price list?
Please understand the whole price list can not be supplied. Firstly, please let us know your target market. Secondly, the sizes and quantities you want. We will offer you the best affordable prices.
7. Do you have other products?
Yes. industrial tires and light truck tires, OTR tires, car tires, truck tires, and ATV tires are also supplied.
8. How can you guarantee the tire's quality?
We are completely confident that our products have gone through the strictest standards in production, quality assurance, and inspection. In the unlikely event of product failure, we encourage you to help us by:
a. Registering all events related to the failure of our product (date, time, weather condition, road condition, usage at the time of failure, speed, the number of laps, nature of failure, etc.)
b. Labelling and indicating the location (on tire) of failure
c. Keeping a record of the final compensating part
