The seat angle adjuster specially designed for new energy vehicles adopts a "lightweight aluminumalloy frame + low-power electric adjustment module", supporting manual/electric dual-mode switching
(the standby power consumption of the electric mode is less than 0.5W), and the adjustment angle
ranges from 0 to 175° (suitable for the large space design of new energy vehicles, and some models
support 270° rotation). It can be linked with the on-board system of new energy vehicles to achieve "seat
memory + driving mode linkage" (such as when switching to "energy-saving mode", the backrest angle
is automatically adjusted to the most comfortable position). It is widely compatible with various new
energy vehicles such as pure electric, hybrid, and range-extended vehicles, and is also compatible
with traditional fuel vehicles.
Lightweight and energy-saving: The composite structure of aluminum alloy and engineering plasticis adopted, reducing the weight by 18% compared to traditional angle adjusters, helping to increase
the range of electric vehicles;

seat heating/ventilation systems, and achieve intelligent adjustment in multiple scenarios;
Low-temperature adaptability: Core components use low-temperature resistant lubricating grease,
which can still be smoothly adjusted at -30ºC without any lag;
Customization flexibility: Can be customized with "rotation function", "electric unlocking", "child
safety lock linkage" and other special functions to meet the personalized design requirements
