FAQ
1. Can this product be customized?
FP-VRC is a highly customized product. Mutrade provides free custom design in aspects of loading capacity, system length & width, travel height, color, etc.
2. What are the power requirements?
Generally speaking, a 3-phase power supply is a must since its motor is 4.0kw or above. However, if the using frequency is very low (less than one movement per hour), a single-phase power supply may also work out, otherwise the motor will be damaged.
3. Can this product be used outdoor?
Yes, FP-VRC can be used outdoor. Its structure is
self-supporting and can be installed at exterior without attaching to any walls or buildings. However, please do mention such application purpose to Mutrade sales before ordering so we can have everything settled properly.
4. How much pit depth is required?
Its recommended to make pit depth 200mm. However, FP-VRC lifts do NOT have to be necessarily installed in pit. It can stand directly on ground with proper concrete grade and thickness, access with ramps.
5. Can this product still operate in case power failure?
Without electricity the FP-VRC cannot work, so a back-up diesel generator is recommended if blackout happens frequently in the city.
6. Is this lift safe?
Yes, Mutrade adopts CE standards in the design. It adopts dual-chains lifting system, capable of withstanding 7 times of the rated load.
