1.Delivery Time
Loose Cargo Orders: Shipped within 7 business days after order confirmation and receipt of pay-ment.Full-Container Orders: Shipped within 15 business days after order confirmation and receipt of pay-ment.Special-Specification Products: lf non-standard customization or special processes are required, leadtime will be negotiated separately and confirmed in writing by both parties.
2.Shipping Method
By default. we arrange sea or land freight to your designated port or warehouse.If you specify your own carrier or courier, please inform us at the time of order and assume any additional costs.
3.Order Modification & Cancellation
Loose Cargo Orders: Modifications or cancellations may be reguested within 24 hours of placing theorder:thereafter,subiect to mutual agreement.Full-Container Orders: Modifications or cancellations may be requested within 3 business days ofplacing the order, thereafter, subject to our evaluation and mutual agreement.
4.Payment Terms
We accept T/T(bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), PayPal, etc.Loose Cargo Orders: 50% deposit up front, balance due before shipment.Full-Container & Special-Customization Orders: 30% deposit up front, 70% due upon completion andpassing quality inspection.

Unpacking inspection: Customers must inspect and report any damage, missing parts, or qualityissues within 7 days of receipt, in writing or with photos. No claims accepted after this period.
2.Full-Container Orders
Feedback Period: Report any quality or quantity discrepancies in writing within 30 days of containerarrival and unloading.No disputes accepted after this window.
3.Issue Resolution Process
We will respond within 24 hours of your report and provide a proposed solution (replacement partsrepair, or refund) within 3 business days.For items requiring return for factory inspection, we cover round-trip freight. lf the issue is due to im.proper use, freight costs are borne by the customer.

All products carry a 12-month free quality warranty from the date of shipment (excluding damagefrom misuse, modification, or improper maintenance).Free replacement or repair under warranty; shipping handled per the lssue Resolution Process.
