Q1. Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer of stainless steel and metal related auto accessories for over 8 years, and we also help our customers source accessories with their trust, to save their trouble dealing with several suppliers at the same time.
We welcome customers to visit our factory, it will be our pleasure to arrange pick-up and drop-off, please do contact our team to confirm date and location before arriving.
Q2. Are you able to develop products based on our samples or design drawings?
A: Yes, we are. And we welcome customers come to us with unique designed products. When it comes to stainless steel and metal related products, with our professional equipments and experienced engineers, we can do anything you provide.
Q3. How do you control the quality of your products?
A: Our professional QC department starts working when raw material arrives, every single one of them will be inspected under strict standard. Then when every step of our production finishes, cutting, bending, polishing, welding, our QC team will examine every come out before going into next phrase. And finally when the product is done, there will be a strictly checkout before the products are packed.
We also encourage our customers to come check the goods out with our QC team before delivery.
Q4. What are your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the results of inspection by our QC department before you pay the balance.
Q5. What is the lead time if I place an order to your factory?
A: Lead time usually is around 30 business days, but there might be a slight change according to the items or quantity, please confirm with our sales team.
Q6. Do you accept sample order for us to check quality?
A: We accept sample orders when the desired items are in stock, but the sample cost and shipping cost will be covered by buyers.
