A: Welcome sample order. Please inform your detailed sample requirement, such as the quantity, the capacity, the chain, the lift and so on. If we have the sample in stock , the shipment will be quicker. If we don't have stock, please understand to wait for the produce. Express fee is charged by the shipping company. The sample fee and express fee usually paid by client, for special policy need to apply by client and approved by our leaders.

Q9: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces. However, we understand the need for flexibility and are open to discussing lower quantities for sample orders or to foster a new business relationship. Please contact us to negotiate based on your specific needs.

A: Please send us your purchase order by Email or Fax, or you can ask us to send you Proforma Invoice for your order.
