MESTER was established in 2006 and located in Weifang city of China, our company is a Sino-US and Sino-German joint venture specializing in the manufacturing of trailer and caravan components, including axle assemblies, brake assemblies, hubs and drums, spring suspensions, couplers, and more.
Over 90% of our products are exported to markets in North America and Oceania. We are certified with ISO 9001, TS16949, and CSA standards, reflecting our commitment to quality and international compliance.
With a production facility covering 8,000 square meters and a dedicated team of over 30 employees — including 15 skilled technicians focused on R&D — we ensure continuous innovation and high standards in every product we deliver.

2,Twin-column cylinder endurance test machine, pressure test machine, used for cylinder, rubber plug and other parts.
3,Salt spray test machine, temperature and humidity altering test machine, ozone aging test system, to check the quality of e-coating, galvanizing, darcromet treated parts.
4,10T electric universal testing machine, 30T hydraulic testing machine, used to test the heck brake shoe and other parts' welding, bonding or other connecting's strength, steel material's tensile strength, yield, and elongation, along with pulling testing for spring and cable parts.
5,Magnetometer, for check the residual magnetism of magnet steel shell after being charged .
6,Carbon-sulfur analyzer, pulling universal testing machine, Brinell tester, Rockwell tester, Vickers tester, for inspecting the steel plate, square or round steel rod, steel pipe, casting blank's chemical components, tensile strength, yield, elongation, and other mechanical feature.
7,Metallographic analysis, for casting parts like hub, drum, disc, caliper, coupling, etc.
8,Spring twist and pull fatigue test, checking spring of every batch.
