Description of Woven Resin Brake Lining Roll
TL2000 is a semi-flexible Non Asbestos Brake Lining for light and medium duty applications. The solid composite is woven from several types of fabric containing brass wire and impregnated with specially developed resins. The dense, tough material exhibits high resistance to heat and wear and excellent stability under load. TL2000 is suitable for cast iron and steel working surface.
Application
TL2000 is extensively used in marine and industrial applications. It is suitable for winch and windlass, hoist, crane, winder, drilling and workover rigs, agricultural vehicle, elevator, and construction machinery. When TL2000 is supplied for use on oil immersed applications, the friction value will be much lower than it is used in dry conditions.
