This test bench adopts advanced touch screen computer to control the test process, and display the test results and curves timely. Soft keyboard inside, it can number, store and follow up the test results, and print the test results and curves with a printer. It can make a comprehensive dynamic test and data record to the alternator.
There are four different modular fluted disc and clamps on the test bench, covering almost all kinds of the fluted disc moudle of starter, can switch the moudle with one key, it solves the trouble to change the fluted disc, the whole test process can be finisehd with one key operation, relieve the labour intensity and improve the working efficiency.
This test bench can test the voltage, current, speed, power and torque of the starter.
Built-in high precision DC constant voltage power supply, the voltage can be adjsuted randomly from 0-30V, simulate the capacity and voltage classes of different storage battery.
The test bench can automatically make rated power test and stall braking test, built-in servo control device, can test the power and torque of the starter precisely.
