Dongguan Lituo Die Casting Co., Ltd, is a professional of zinc and aluminium die castings. It was founded in the year 2000 at Huangjiang Town, Dongguan City,mainly dealing in die castings for lighting fixtures and electronic applicances. With the expansion of businesses, the production scale,production equipments, and the production area can no longer meet our customers' requirements, and that's why factory moved to the new site at Lianxing Industrial Zone, Qishi Town, Dongguan City, with an area of 20000 square meters. We have now over 300 employees, among whom over 250 are workers at workshop. The production capacity expands to 3 folds of its former scale, and the products have been lifted from the simple sub-contracting categories to high end die castings.
Our company has passed the ISO9001:2015 quality certification,has obtained the third party SGS certification.and has passed the IATF16949:2016 quality certification. It is a management-oriented, quality oriented and cost-efficient enterprise with first grade service.
The annual capacities now are 280 tons of zinc alloy die casting, 1600 tons of aluminium alloy die casting. WIth this capabilities, we are to meet customers' requirements for their different' demands. The annual production capability is 60 million RMB(equivalent to USD9.4), of which, 18 million RMB(equivalent to USD2.8 million) is for export.
Quality is the life of an enterprise. Since the foundation of the factory, we have paid special attention to product quality, to the training and bettering of workers' skills. We have strict control over each process,from tooling designs to die casting. Now, there are 16 QCs, among whom two are senior engineers. With strict process at each process, we can guarantee that all the products are qualified.Thus, we have supplied high quality products and satisfying services to all our customers.
