  1.General
Cashew friction dust made from cashew phenol, is a high-quality, pollution-free and economical raw material for friction products. It is an excellent additive for friction material products such as brake pads and clutch plates in motor vehicles and mechanical equipment like automobiles and motorcycles.

3.Application:
The cashew fristion dust is jointly developed and researched by our company in collaboration with foreign experts. The main raw material of this product, cashew shell oil, is produced in Southeast Asian countries such as the Philippines and Vietnam, and is of excellent quality.
Experiments show that brake pads and clutch plates with this friction powder added have the advantages of stable friction coefficient, strong wear resistance, good toughness, noise reduction, safety and reliability during operation, and are deeply favored by the majority of users.
The main advantages of cashew friction dust are as follows:
1). Good working performance
After the brake pads are mixed with an appropriate amount of friction powder, during high-temperature operation (above 300ºC), the friction coefficient of the brake pads remains stable, the thermal expansion is extremely small, and there will be no "locking up" phenomenon when braking, which greatly improves the braking performance of the vehicle. Especially in mountainous and hilly areas with steep slopes and long-distance continuous braking, maintain the stable braking performance of the brake pads during high-temperature friction.
2). It causes no pollution to the environment:
This new type of friction powder is processed from vegetable oil (cashew shell oil) and does not release any harmful substances during use. It is a new type of environmentally friendly product.
3). Economical and practical
Only 3% to 6% of friction powder needs to be added to the raw material formula of friction products such as brake pads or clutch plates, which can greatly improve the quality of the products. Due to the inherent characteristics of cashew friction Dust, it reduces the hardness of the friction material, decreases the wear of the mating surface, and prolongs the service life of the brake drum and brake disc.
4.Package
25kg*40nos packed in 3 ply sacks stacked on a wooden pallet wrapped ,strapped and shrink wrapped .
5.Storage
Cashew friction dust must be stored in a cool,dry place .To prevent moisture penetration . packs which have opened should be sealed again as soon as possible.
