Firstly,the cars will be driven on the trolleys and locked. Then the equipment starts,the car will be conveyed from outside into prep station,painting booth and baking booth. After work is done,the car will be conveyed back to the outside. Normally speaking,this whole products are customized according to the customer's requirements.
Spray booth with moving chains has the following parts:
- Prep station,painting booth,baking booth etc.
- Moving chains and tracks.
- Trolleys.
5. Driving wheel device (front base): including base, gear, sprocket, drive shaft, tension adjusting bolt.
6. Passive wheel device (rear base): including sprocket, frame, tension adjusting bolt, etc.
Installation way of Chains:
1. Through from front door of one spray booth to others.
2. Through side panel of one spray booth to others.
3. If the work-piece is small,it is better to choose hanging type chains. We can do round or or runway cycle hanging chains for you.
