This customer bought four two big 15m spray booths and other small spray booths from us.
The first big spray booth has front and rear rolling doors.The inner steel sheet of the wall panel is stainles steel which is better for water washing. The rolling doors have wathcing window for outside watching. The customer specially requires button control and remote control for the rolling doors. There are two big fans and air pipe on the top of spray booth which draft the air inside spray booth to outside. This spray booth is used for washing the products. The control box has frequency inverter to control the speed of fans.
The second spray booth is used for paint spraying. It also has rolling doors with watching window. It has natural air intaking and one set of 18.5kw belt fan from air extraction. There is a mixing room beside the second big spray booth. It has a special function that the the fans and lights will automatically start when the worker enters and stop after worker leaves. You can set the time by yourself. The customer also bought a small warehouse booth to store the goods.

- Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 75mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
- Door: 4 pcs of front doors with special rigid frame. Size: 4000(w) x 4800(h). 2 pc of emergency door.
- Air Intake System (3sets): Each set consists of 2x4kw intake fan. Total 6 units of 4kw intake fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
- Air Exhaust System (3set): Each set consists of 1x5.5kw exhaust fan. Total 3 units of 5.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Exhaust air from basement or two sides of wallboard.
- Heating System (3set): Each set consists of 1 unit Italy Riello G20 diesel burner 200000Kcal/h. Total 3units of burners,600000Kcal/h.The heat exchanger is made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency.
- Lighting System: Ceiling light has 18units x 4pcs of 36w lamps. Side light has 22 units x 2pcs of 36 w lamps. Total 116 pcs of 36 W lamps. 900 Lux.
- Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
