Ventilation of the spray booth
Our advanced ventilation systems ensure optimal painting conditions. Efficiently distributed vertical airflow quickly and completely removes overspray from vehicles, enhancing paint quality.

Air recirculation on baking model

During the baking mode, 100% of air is circulated into the LONGXIANG booth, with only 15-20% expelled. The remaining air is refreshed with a changeover damper, conserving energy and maintaining balance.

The spray booth's temperature rises swiftly; upon reaching baking temperature, the heating system automatically shuts off, delivering significant energy savings.

Lighting

Our lighting system, equipped with four 36W lights sealed with 5mm tempered safety glass, ensures ample and safe illumination while minimizing energy consumption.

Filters
Our high-efficiency filters boast exceptional dust retention and low air passage resistance. Designed for longevity, they reduce replacement frequency and operational costs.

Warranty
