Air Circulation System: 2x4kw intake fan, 1x5.5kw exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
Water Based Paint Drying System: 60 units ceiling nozzles with 3 sets of centrifugal fans and 2 sets of dryers inside the booth for Water Based Paint.
Burner: Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260000Kcal/h. The heating time 4-5min(20-60.C). Max. temperature at 80.C. Fuel consumption is 5-6kg/vehicle.
Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.
Lighting System: Ceiling light has 24 pcs of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 16w LED lamps. 900 Lux.
