Air exhaust from two sides of spray room or pit is optional;

Configuration:
Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 75mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
Door: Electrical front rolling doors. Size: 6000(w) x 7000(h). 6 pcs of emergency doors.
Air Intake System (8 sets): Each set consists of 2x5.5kw intake fan. Total 16 units of 5.5kw intake fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
Air Exhaust System (8 sets): Each set consists of 1x7.5kw exhaust fan. Total 8 units of 7.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Exhaust air from basement or two sides of wallboard.
Heating System (8 sets): Each set consists of 1 unit Italy Riello FS20 diesel burner 20,0000Kcal/h. Total 8 units of burners,160,0000Kcal/h.The heat exchanger is made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency.
Lighting System: Ceiling light has 60units x 4pcs of 15w lamps. Side light has 46 units x 4pcs of 15w lamps. Total 424pcs of 15 W lamps.
Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
