Main structure and parts
Consist of cabin, air circulation system and control system
Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
Door: 3 pcs of front doors with powder coating treatment frame. Size: 2400(w) x 2600(h). 1 pc of emergency door.
Lighting System: Ceiling light has 24 pcs of 36w lamps. 800 Lux.
Intake Air Circulation System: 2x4kw intake fan. Air Flow 24000 m3/h.
Exhaust Air Circulation System: adopts water curtain filter treatment device. Structure characteristics: Two sets of water curtain painting cabinet in the booth. Water pool adopts 3mm welded steel plate. Air circulation boards adopt 1.5mm thickness steel plate; Water curtain board is stainless steel, each water curtain painting cabinet equips 1 x 3kw pipe type fan for exhausting.1 set of 5.5kw pump for water supply. Water can be recycling use.
Control system: Adopts famous domestic components, Equoip with over load & shortcircuit protected, safe and reliable.
