This advanced spray booth fine-tunes the painting environment through multiple ventilation, heating, and filtering systems. The burner-produced heated air maintains optimal temperature, airflow, and lighting for superior painting results.

Ventilation of the spray booth
LONGXIANG spray booths feature advanced ventilation systems that create ideal painting conditions. Efficiently designed filters and exhaust systems develop a vertical airflow, evenly distributing it to instantly and thoroughly remove overspray.
Air recirculation on baking model
During the baking mode, 100% of the air from the fan cycles into the LONGXIANG spray booth, with only 15%-20% expelled. The remaining 85%-80% recirculates, enhanced by fresh air through the changeover damper.
The LONGXIANG spray booth quickly reaches the ideal temperature, then the heating system powers off promptly, conserving energy effectively.
Lighting
Our energy-efficient lighting system features four 36W lights mounted in ceiling panels and side walls, sealed with 5mm tempered safety glass, ensuring ample illumination with minimal energy use.
Filters
This system incorporates high-efficiency filters with superior dust retention and minimal airflow resistance. Designed for longevity, they lower replacement frequency, thus reducing operational costs.
Warranty
