Q. What should I expect from a new spray booth?
A. Filtration: Quality finishes require clean contaminate-free air which is accomplished by proper air filters. Prior to air entering the booth, YANTAI WINNER uses pre-filters to capture large particles and debris, and high-efficiency intake filters to filter out any remaining dirt and dust particles. The air is filtered again before it is recirculated or exhausted from the booth.
Airflow: Proper airflow in the booth is accomplished by creating a flow of air that envelops the vehicle during booth operation. This airflow is responsible for carrying away paint overspray during the refinish process, and air movement during paint curing.
Lighting: Another key element is bright, shadow-free lighting throughout the booth. YANTAI WINNER utilizes color-corrected light fixtures, in the proper quantity and correct location. This creates an environment that allows for proper color match and paint flow identification.
Q. How do you control your quality?
A. Our factory is ISO certified. We have our own QA and QC team. They will check on site and finished products to ensure all details to meet our highest standard and the customer's requirements.
Q. What is your payment terms?
A. We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Trade Assurance, etc.
Q. How long is your lead time?
A. For stock or regular products, our lead time is 7 to 15 days. For custom-made products, our lead time is 20 to 30 days.
Q. What is your warranty?
A. Our warranty is 13 months. Parts have free replacement excluding artificial damage in Warranty. We will also stock spare parts as long as one equipment of this type is running in the world.
