Q: What is your product range?
A: Our products cover replacement Hydraulic filter, Air compressor filters, Compressed air filter element, Heavy truck Intake Air filters, EDM wir cutting filters and consumers, and Industrial Cleaner filters.
Q: Is customized filter or OEM available?
A: Yes, just offer your required specifications and drawings.
Q: Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build new molds with molding fee charged; once bulk order placed, it will be reimbursed.
Q: What's your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes, PE membranes + carton cases. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q: What's the terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balancing.
Q: What's your terms of delivery?
A: (1)FOB (2)CFR (3)CIF. Customer indicated forwarders or our own agents.
Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, within MOQ quantity it takes 5-7 working days after receiving your advanced payment. The specific delivery time depends on models and the quantity of your order.
Q: What's your sample policy?
A: We can supply 1~2 samples if we have stock, but the customers have to pay 100% sample cost and the courier cost in advance, and we will refund sample cost in your bulk orders.
