Q2.Are the filters customized or OEM?
A: Yes, as long as you provide the specifications and drawings you need.
Q3.Can you produce according to samples?
A: Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can re-make the molds and charge the mold fee; once the bulk order is made, a refund will be given.
Q4. What are your packaging conditions?
A: Generally speaking, we use neutral box, PE film + carton packing. If you have legally registered patents, we can pack them in your branded boxes after getting your authorization.
Q5.What are the payment terms?
A: T/T 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.
Q6.What are your delivery terms?
A: (1) exw (2) fob (3) cfr (4) cif. customer appointed freight forwarder or our own agent.
Q7.So far. What is your delivery time?
A: Generally speaking, it takes 5-7 working days after receiving the prepayment within the minimum order quantity. The exact delivery time depends on the model and quantity you order.
Q8.What is your sample policy?
A: We can provide 1~2 samples if we have stock, but customers need to pay 100% sample fee and courier fee in advance, if you order in bulk, we will refund the sample fee.
