A: Our MOQ(minimum order quantity) is 20 pieces for each battery model, 100 pieces for each order.

A: Usually, our delivery time is 25-35 days, depending on the items and the order quantity.
Q3: What's the lifetime of your battery?
A: 5 years for normal usage under the right application situation.
Q4: What material is being used for your battery production?
A: Our battery adopts high purity lead(99.994%-99.996%) to ensure a longer service life.
Q5: How long is your battery warranty?
A: 48 months for Lithium battery, 24 months for AGM Start-Stop car battery, 18 months for EFB and lead acid MF car battery.
Q6: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have a 100% test before delivery.
Q7: Can l use my brand for the batteries?
A: Yes, we offer customized service according to your private label. There is no extra cost if the order quantity reaches our MOQ.
Q8: What's your policy for the defective batteries in the warranty period time?
A: If the battery fails during the warranty period under the warranty condition, we will return the relevant amount directly or reduce the equivalent amount in your next order.
Q9: What are your payment terms?
A: Usually our payment terms are TT 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery.
Q10: What payment methods do you support?
A: We support T/T, Western Union, Paypal, cash, etc. The details can be negotiated.
Q11: What are your modes of transportation?
A: We usually choose the appropriate mode of transportation (sea, air, land) according to the conditions of the goods, or we can choose the mode of transportation according to your requirements.
