DeerxuaN has been specializing in horn manufacturing for over 20 years, making it one of the earliest and most experienced horn manufacturers in the industry. With a wide range of 50 different 12V/24V series horns, including snail horns and disc horns, we cater to the needs of various customers. Our horns are used by more than 35 carmakers as OEM parts and are exported to Europe, the Americas, and other countries and regions.

Our horn workshop consists of 8 production lines. We have invested 25 million RMB in purchasing new facilities and upgrading existing ones, enabling us to achieve an annual production capacity of 10 million sets. We are capable of developing new horns according to customers' specific requirements.

Technical Features

Our electronic horn utilizes a frequency sweep electronic module to control the circuit, automatically tracking the horn's resonant frequency. This design ensures the horn operates at the highest sound pressure level, resulting in a longer lifetime. The no-contact design further enhances its durability. On the other hand, our mechanical horn features a low current design, providing a longer lifetime and better waterproofing.
