Product Description
The wheel hub bearing is one of the key parts of the automobile. Its main function is to bear weight and provide precise guidance for the rotation of the wheel hub. It bears both axial load and radial load.
Development History:
The first generation: It is composed of double-row angular contact bearings.
The second generation: There is a flange on the outer raceway for fixing the bearing. The bearing can be simply put on the axle and fixed with nuts, making the maintenance of the car easier.
The third generation: The bearing unit and the anti-lock brake system ABS are used in conjunction. The wheel hub unit is designed with an inner flange and an outer flange. The inner flange is fixed to the drive shaft with bolts, and the outer flange installs the entire bearing together.
The fourth generation: The constant velocity joint and the bearing are made into a whole, which solves the disadvantage of the existing technology that the size of the wheel hub increases and the weight increases due to the integrated structure of the wheel hub and the constant velocity joint. Its research and development has been successful and is expected to be widely used in various types of automobiles.
Structural Composition:
The wheel hub bearing integrates components such as the inner ring, the outer ring, the rolling element, the cage, and the sealing ring to form a composite structure.
Working Principle:
The rolling motion of the bearing steel balls in the inner ring, outer ring or flange raceway ensures that the car can rotate smoothly during driving.
