Handlebar for Suzuki GN125: Premium Line
This handlebar is built for the Suzuki GN125 and supplied to a written specification, so the part that comes off the line in the next order matches the one you approved. Fitment, base material and finish are fixed before sampling starts — that is what keeps the premium line programme stable once it moves from first order to repeat order.
Most buyers come to us after something went wrong: a supplier who changed material without saying so, or packing that arrived crushed at the port. Both are avoidable when the specification is written down before bulk and the approved sample is kept as the reference.

What decides whether it lasts
- Material — Chromed Steel is the base; treat any substitution as a new approval.
- Hardness and heat treatment — recorded per lot, not per batch of paperwork.
- Fitment tolerance — checked on the actual Suzuki GN125 mounting, not on a catalogue drawing.
- Finish — powder coating holds up where the machine sees salt, mud and daily washing.
- Packing — individual packing plus inner cartons sized for the workshop bench.

Fitment notes
Keep the old part until the new one is on the bench. Comparing them side by side settles questions a photograph never will.
Where it is used
The premium line build is the one most often ordered for airport ground fleets. Riders also fit it for weekend riding, long-distance touring, airport ground fleets, mining sites.
Ordering

Questions buyers ask
How is packing specified?
Individual packing, inner box quantity and carton marking are confirmed at quotation stage so the cartons arrive ready for your warehouse.
How long does sampling take?
Samples leave the factory in 10 working days, and each revision round adds about 3 days once you have seen the first piece.
Can you match an existing sample?
Send a sample and we will reverse-engineer the specification, then produce a counter sample for approval before any bulk starts.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 3000 pieces per specification. Mixed sizes inside one shipment are accepted once the total reaches that figure.
Send the part number, the annual volume and the target market, and we will come back with a specification and a sampling plan.
