Chain Kit for Suzuki DR200: Vented Design
This chain kit is built for the Suzuki DR200 and supplied to a written specification, so the part that comes off the line in the next order matches the one you approved. Fitment, base material and finish are fixed before sampling starts — that is what keeps the vented design programme stable once it moves from first order to repeat order.
Most buyers come to us after something went wrong: reorders that did not match the approved sample, or a fitment that looked right on paper and failed on the bench. Both are avoidable when the specification is written down before bulk and the approved sample is kept as the reference.

What decides whether it lasts
- Material — Powder Coated Steel is the base; treat any substitution as a new approval.
- Hardness and heat treatment — recorded per lot, not per batch of paperwork.
- Fitment tolerance — checked on the actual Suzuki DR200 mounting, not on a catalogue drawing.
- Finish — zinc plating holds up where the machine sees salt, mud and daily washing.
- Packing — individual packing plus inner cartons sized for the workshop bench.

Processes used on this line

Fitment notes
Keep the old part until the new one is on the bench. Comparing them side by side settles questions a photograph never will.
Where it is used
The vented design build is the one most often ordered for night riding. Riders also fit it for heavy load hauling, wet weather riding, adventure travel, weekend riding.
Ordering
- Confirm the model year and frame number before ordering.

Questions buyers ask
How long does sampling take?
Samples leave the factory in 10 working days, and each revision round adds about 5 days once you have seen the first piece.
Can you match an existing sample?
Send a sample and we will reverse-engineer the specification, then produce a counter sample for approval before any bulk starts.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 3000 pieces per specification. Mixed sizes inside one shipment are accepted once the total reaches that figure.
What testing is included?
Standard lots ship with dimensional and hardness reports. CCC documentation is issued with the shipment when your market requires it.
Send the specification you are working to and we will confirm what we can match, what we would change and why.
