Idler Pulley for BYD F3: Zinc Plated Steel
This idler pulley for the BYD F3 is specified around zinc plated steel, which decides how it behaves in service far more than the part name does. We build to a written specification — base material, dimensions, finish and packing — and hold that specification on file so every reorder reproduces the approved piece.
The usual reason a programme changes supplier is not unit price. It is premature wear on the first batch, or reorders that did not match the approved sample. Both are specification problems, and both are preventable.

Questions buyers ask
What happens if a lot fails inspection?
The lot is re-inspected against the golden sample, and replacement pieces ship on the next available booking at our cost.
How is packing specified?
Individual packing, inner box quantity and carton marking are confirmed at quotation stage so the cartons arrive ready for your warehouse.
What testing is included?
Standard lots ship with dimensional and hardness reports. SAE J431 documentation is issued with the shipment when your market requires it.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 2000 pieces per specification. Mixed sizes inside one shipment are accepted once the total reaches that figure.
